These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any purchase or use of an Affirmate Gift Card, providing access to the full features of Affirmate’s mobile application for designated subscription periods. These Terms are additional and subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy governing your interaction with our services. By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

Purchase, Redemption and Eligible Subscriptions
Affirmate Gift Cards are offered in different values, including but not limited to 6-month, 1-year, and lifetime subscriptions, and are only available online. They are pre-paid subscriptions which grant complete access to the Affirmate mobile application during the designated subscription period. Please note, once purchased, the value of a Gift Card cannot be adjusted.
To redeem your Gift Card, Sign in to your existing account or create a new account. For existing users with an active Affirmate subscription, the Gift Card redemption can only occur after the current subscription expires. Please abide by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when creating an account.
Upon successful redemption, the Gift Card’s value will be applied to your account. Following the subscription term, the subscription will terminate unless a valid payment method is provided. Only one Gift Card may be applied to an account at a time, and another can only be redeemed once the active subscription expires.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Resale
Affirmate Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Once redeemed, subscriptions cannot be transferred or assigned to another account or individual. Resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited and may result in invalidation at Affirmate’s discretion.
Expiration and Loss Prevention
Affirmate Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. Keep the Gift Card and code secure, as Affirmate will not be liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
Restrictions
Any use of Affirmate Gift Cards for advertising, marketing, or promotion without prior written consent from Affirmate is expressly prohibited.
Modifications to Terms
Affirmate reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at its discretion. The latest version will be published on this website and supersedes all prior versions of these Terms.
